Classic Irish Coffee

INGREDIENTS
1 part Slane Irish Whiskey
2/3 part Vanilla-Infused Demerara Syrup
Double Cream Float
Freshly Brewed Double Espresso
Dark Chocolate Orange Shavings

INSTRUCTIONS
Prepare Double Shot Espresso. Add boiling water to halfway glass. Add syrup, double espresso and whiskey, then stir. Top with cream float and garnish with chocolate orange shavings.

Slane Cold Brew

INGREDIENTS
3 Parts Slane Irish Whiskey
1 Part Maple Syrup or Honey
Top off with Cold Brew Coffee

INSTRUCTIONS
Build all ingredients over cubed ice and stir. Garnish with 3 coffee beans.

Slane Espresso Martini

INGREDIENTS
1 1/2 parts Slane Irish Whiskey
1/2 part espresso
1/2 part amaro
1/2 part coffee liqueur

INSTRUCTIONS
Add all ingredients in a cocktail shaker and shake. Strain into a coupe glass and garnish with three coffee beans.
